How do I consign a rail car into a terminal?

The Port Utility Commission typically notifies the SPA of cargo arrivals. (PUC is the short line railroad serving the port terminals with connections to the main line carriers.) The rail car is consigned through SPA directly to the respective terminal and ocean vessel through the PUC. You will need to supply your main line rail carrier, the ocean vessel name, the name of the port terminal the vessel is working, the commodity, and the weight.
