The Port of Charleston offers a package of operational tools to assist our customers with the seamless flow of information related to ships and cargo. Below is a brief description of each of these tools.
Find out the booking/release status of your container cargo by searching on container number or bill of lading number. Includes historical data.
Listing of all vessels calling SCPA facilities up to 30 days out.
Vessels Currently Docked – Vessels currently docked with Actual Arrival Time, Work Start Time, and type Cargo Discharge and Load.
Expected Vessels Next 30 Days – Vessels expected in next 30 days with Estimated Date of Arrival, and type Cargo Discharge and Load.
Vessels Past 10 Days – Vessels that have worked and/or sailed in past 10 days with Actuals Arrival Date/Time, Departure Date/Time, and type Cargo Discharge and Load.
Active Export Vessels
Export containers are allowed into our gates only if they are booked to vessels arriving in a specific window of time. This report indicates the vessels for which we are accepting containers. Once a vessel goes on this list it is not removed if the vessel’s arrival is delayed for any reason.
Go!Port, AGS, and ORION
SC Ports Authority software systems are available for customers to assist in checking/managing your cargo. ORION (for Steamship Lines and Customs House Brokers) and GO!Port for most everyone provides a total solution to reporting, scheduling, inventory management, and cargo movement.

AGS Motor Carrier Training Guide
Important information and training material on creating Gate Codes in GO!Port for the upcoming Advanced Gate System (AGS). Gate Codes will be required beginning June 6, 2016 for all container and chassis moves at Wando Welch Terminal and North Charleston Terminal. ALL MOTOR CARRIER DRIVERS should be educated on new procedures regarding the inbound/outbound portals required for the Advanced Gate System (AGS). The motor carrier drivers MUST BE trained on the INBOUND/OUTBOUND KIOSK requirements in order for a smooth transition to the AGS process on June 18, 2016.

Columbus Street Terminal Household Goods Motor Carrier Scheduling
Motor carrier appointments are required at CST for ARC Household Goods import and export services. Appointments are scheduled at 30 minute intervals between the hours of 0800 and 1700 Monday – Friday, and are closed from 1200-1300 for lunch.
